Consulting in London from 90 to 93
Then I went full-time for job stability
Developed my skills and ability

Travelled the world, installing our App
Learning about banking across the map
In 1996 New York beckoned
I can make it there, is what I reckoned

Did more of the same across the pond
We managed Y2K and much more beyond
At the end of 99 HSBC bought us out
Private Banking, a good move, no doubt

The next twenty years were quite elating
With Java, the Web, new tech, pulsating
Many conversions, over the years
Many late nights and quite a few beers

Banking, Custody, Brokerage, never a bore
Built up our team in India, offshore
Then my last move, to Switzerland
To replace our App, a demise well planned

What a journey, for over 30 years
Time to move on, but no need for tears
It’s been fun with challenges galore
Off to Singapore now, to do some more
